Thank you for choosing Paivilee. We value your trust and are committed to providing a smooth, fair, and transparent shopping experience. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled for U.S. orders.


30-Day Return Window

Paivilee offers a 30-day return period starting the day your order is marked as delivered.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With all product tags and labels

  • In resalable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Paivilee may decline returns with signs of wear, washing, stains, damage, or missing packaging.


Missing a Return Label

Return labels are not automatically included.
Email support@paivilee.com for proper instructions.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged.


How to Start a Return

Email support@paivilee.com with:

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or video of the item

Return & Inspection Timeline
  • Request review: 1–2 business days

  • Inspection after arrival: 1–3 business days

  • Refund approval email sent

  • Refund processing: up to 14 days

  • Bank posting time: additional 3–5 business days


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Paivilee will replace defective, incorrect, or damaged items at no cost.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video.
Most cases are resolved within 24–48 hours.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available only when:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is incorrect

  • You received the wrong size due to our error

Paivilee covers exchange shipping costs.
For size or color preferences, submit a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund Notes
  • Refund processing: up to 14 days

  • Bank posting: additional 3–5 business days

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable

  • Used or damaged items cannot be refunded

  • Final-sale items are not eligible for a refund


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours for a full refund.
After 12 hours, cancellation may no longer be possible due to processing or production.

Address Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
Paivilee is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
Returned packages due to address issues may not be refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned:

  • Final-sale items

  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital/downloadable products
