By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the information outlined below.


Processing Time

Once payment is completed, your order immediately enters our fulfillment queue.

Processing typically takes 1 business day, during which we:

  • Verify order details

  • Conduct quality checks

  • Package your item

  • Prepare it for shipment

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact support@paivilee.com.


Transit Time and Shipping Cost

Paivilee uses a clear and simple domestic shipping structure:

  • Handling Time: 1 business day

  • Transit Time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping Cost: $6.99 flat rate

The flat rate applies to all orders regardless of quantity or weight.

Transit time begins when the carrier scans the package.
While we cannot control carrier delays, we always choose the fastest and most reliable available service.


Where We Ship

Paivilee ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Delivery time may vary for rural or remote areas.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

The assigned carrier depends on destination, volume, and delivery speed.
All orders come with tracking.


Tracking Your Order

After receiving your tracking number, you may track your package at any time.

Tracking may take several hours to update—especially on weekends or peak seasons.

If tracking does not update within 48 hours, contact us for assistance.

If your order is marked Delivered but you can’t find it:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Check shared mailrooms or building offices

  • Wait a few hours (carriers sometimes pre-scan deliveries)

If after 24 hours it has not appeared, contact our support team.

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete information, Paivilee cannot guarantee refunds or free reshipments.

If the carrier confirms loss or damage, we will assist with issuing a replacement or refund.
