You retain ownership but grant us broad rights to use your Contributions.

We may edit, categorize, or delete Contributions at our discretion.

11. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS

Reviews must:

  • Be based on firsthand experience

  • Not include profanity, hate speech, or discrimination

  • Not reference illegal activity

  • Not be posted by competitors

  • Not include false or misleading statements

  • Not organize campaigns for biased reviews

We may remove reviews at our discretion.
Posting a review grants us a royalty-free license to use it.

No class actions allowed.

Exceptions
Not subject to arbitration:

  • Intellectual property disputes

  • Allegations of theft, piracy, privacy violations

  • Claims seeking injunctive relief

20. CORRECTIONS

We may correct errors or inaccuracies on the Services at any time.

21. DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided as-is without warranties.

We are not liable for:
