Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Be in the same condition as received.
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Items with visible signs of use, damage, or pet hair.
How to Return an Item

- Receive Return Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
- Send Back the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection & Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return within 7 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds
- If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
