  • Be in the same condition as received.
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Items with visible signs of use, damage, or pet hair.

How to Return an Item

  2. Receive Return Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
  3. Send Back the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return within 7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
